2. Services

ReleaseLens provides professional QA, UX, CRO, and SEO audit services for digital products. Each audit is a one-time engagement with defined scope, deliverables, and turnaround time as described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of order. All sales are final once audit work has begun. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if work has not yet started.

4. Deliverables

Audit reports are delivered electronically. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary. We will notify you if there are any expected delays. Reports are for your internal use and may not be publicly attributed to ReleaseLens without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all product information, URLs, credentials, and audit findings as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReleaseLens provides professional opinions and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific audit service in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
